Established in 1995 and based in St Leonards on Sea in East Sussex our service has a proven track record of delivering mediation to people in dispute. Our service facilitates positive constructive discussions; helping parties to hear one another and to resolve their differences.
Mediation East Sussex offers Family (divorce and separation) Mediation at our main office in St Leonards on Sea and also outreach services in Eastbourne, Brighton and Shoreham-by-Sea. We hold a contract with the Legal Aid agency to deliver family mediation FREE OF CHARGE to those eligible under the scheme.
Mediation East Sussex is an affiliate member of National Family Mediation and all our family mediators are registered with the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and qualified to sign court forms. They have considerable experience in both child and financial mediation.
We are usually able to offer an appointment within a few days.
Hastings and Rother Mediation offers Neighbourhood, Intergenerational (Time 2 Talk), Workplace, Bespoke and Peer mediation services in the Borough of Hastings, and the District of Rother which includes Bexhill and Rye.

Mayor of Hastings Nigel Sinden visits mediation office
We were very pleased to welcome the Mayor of Hastings Nigel Sinden to the mediation office this morning. Nigel was very encouraging about the work we do here and recognised that mediation input saves public money by preventing conflict from escalating.
